Seeking Old OpenVMS Upgrade Documentation?

The Question is:

 
Where can I found out the major issues when upgrading from VAX/VMS 5.5 to 6.1
 to 7.2?  Particularly with regard to FORTRAN applications.  Are the release
 notes available anywhere online?

The Answer is :

 
  Release notes and documentation this far back predates the web; no,
  these materials are not available on-line and would have to be ordered
  either on the documentation CD-ROM media or in hardcopy -- and from
