Seeking ECOs, Patches, Fixes, Updates?

The Question is:

 
I have a Vax Open vms6.2 installed.
How can i identify witch ECO have been installed previously on my vax ? Is
 there a command that can list me all patches or ECO that are applyed on my VAX
 ?
