EDT Editor has no Center?

The Question is:

 
Is there a command in the EDT editor for centering words?

The Answer is :

 
  The EDT editor was retired long ago, and the replacement text editor
  (TPU/EVE) has the requested and many other capabilities -- and can
  provide the ability to use the EDT keypad and other EDT-like features.
