ANALYSIS:

This error is caused by a problem within the installation kit.

SOLUTION:

Answer no to the question "Do you want to terminate? [YES]"

Once UCX 4.2 is removed you should invoke CLEAN_SDA_HELP.COM to make sure
the help library doesn't contain a UCX module which was put there
incorrectly by past versions of UCX. How to do this is described below:

STEP 1
--------
Set default to the directory containing the procedure:

$ SET DEFAULT SYS$UPDATE

STEP 2
-------
Modify the following statement in the procedure:

$     LIBRARY /HELP /DELETE=UCX PCSI$DESTINATION:[SYSHLP]SDA.HLB

to:

$     LIBRARY /HELP /DELETE=UCX SYS$HELP:SDA.HLB

STEP 3
------
Now execute the procedure with the following command:

$ @SYS$UPDATE:CLEAN_SDA_HELP.COM
