SET [NO]ROUTE and Default Gateway?

The Question is:

 
How do I remove a permanent default route/gateway?  I'm redoing my network and
 I know how to add the correct route/gateway (SET
 ROUTE/DEFAULT/GATEWAY=x.x.x.x/PERM from the UCX prompt), but I do not know the
 command to remove a no-longer-valid route.  Plea
se advise.
