Which licenses were purchased?

The Question is:

 
Do you still get two pathwork licences bundled with OpenVms when taking
 delivery of a new Alpha with OpenVms 7.3-1.
 

The Answer is :

 
  This depends greatly on what was ordered -- systems are offered
  and are sold as part of different packages, and many different
  license configurations, from no licenses to many.  Please check
  the licensing documentation shipped with the system purchase, or
  contact your HP reseller or HP sales representative for details
