System Disk Missing at SRM Console?

The Question is:

 
When booting the system, I get an error that it can't find our system disk.
 After rebooting several time, it does eventually work.  We have a DS-10
 AlphaServer 6/466 runing VMS 7.2-1.

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact your hardware services organization, as it
  would appear that there is a system, console, bus, or disk
