The Question is:

 
i want to install an ntp server on alpha machine, or i want to set up a ntp
 client ot this alpha. how can i do that.

The Answer is :

 
  The TCP/IP Services package provides NTP client and server capabilities,
  and full product documentation is available for installation and for
  configuration.  The OpenVMS FAQ contains information on NTP and other
