Help Debugging ACCVIO?

The Question is:

 
We are switching from Compaq DS20 w/OpenVMS 7.2.1 to HP ES45 w/OpenVMS v.7.3-1.
  We transferred our DS20 application and files to ES45 (SCT application).
 Worked fine.  As soon as we compiled and linked, some screens worked fine, and
 others, got the follo
wing error:

  meaning and contents of the ACCVIO error -- extensive details
