Environment Variables

httpd makes certain server information available to scripts for use.

The following environment variables are defined when httpd is executing a script.

SERVER_ROOT
The setting of ServerRoot.
DOCUMENT_ROOT
The setting of DocumentRoot.
SERVER_NAME
Formatted as name:port, where name is the ServerName and port is the Port.
REMOTE_HOST
The name of the remote host accessing your script.
