more port addresses to communicate with the computer.   
The streaming tape system can run in any two consecutive
port addresses between 0000 Hex and FFFE Hex, provided
the addresses are not used by another device. If the
selected addresses are already used by another device,
they will be marked by an asterisk (*) and must be
changed to avoid conflict. Use F5 and F6 keys to change
your selection."
