Hardware Spares Kit
For your ordering convenience Compaq Assisted Services has developed
spares kits.
Spares kits are engineer-designed to:
- Contain the right mix and quantity of parts required for initial
inventory.
- Provide up to 90% level of service (LOS).
- Supply parts for up to ten devices for a period of one year.
Spares kits provide a cost effective method of:
- Obtaining initial spares with confidence.
- Realize savings of kits versus loose-piece purchases.
- Providing a portable on-site inventory for fast repair by
swapping the defective part.
