ZLXp-E PCI Framebuffer
The ZLXp-E is a series of PCI video boards from Digital Equipment Corporation. Their output frequency and resolution is controlled by a bank of four switches on the card. Details on setting these switches can be found on page 5 of the user manual or here.
This isn't a VGA card, and it doesn't have a PC BIOS Option ROM (VGA BIOS), so its unlikely to work in any PC, though perhaps it might work in Windows if x86 Windows drivers can be found for it.
