what version of sendmail to install

Hi:


We are running Digital UNIX V4.0B. We need to install a new version
of Sendmail
because of the relaying issues with versions before 8.8.8.

Can you suggest a version to install with the least amount of
trouble? Are there any potential issues I should be aware of?
