Hi all
I am getting a perplexing problem that when ever I try to remove a device from
my system using both the dsfmgr -R hwid and the hwmgr delete component -id
commands I get this interesting message come up in the /var/adm/messages file
Feb 24 12:08:58 othello vmunix: hwc_user_cmd: framework error 51
Feb 24 12:08:58 othello vmunix: hwc_run_dsfmgr_cmd: cmd failure (frame = 51),
(subsys=0)
Feb 24 12:08:58 othello vmunix: Cannot invoke dsfmgr from kernel:
run /sbin/dn_setup -boot to synchronize dsfmgr with kernel
Also I also get this message in the /var/adm/messages file when I do a hwmgr
-scan scsi command but however when I run dn_setup -boot everything comes
good
Has anyone seen this problem before?? And what Have you done to remove this
message for good
