Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Kent W. England is an Internet architect and small business system administrator from Encinitas, California. While Kent has experience in many areas of IT, he specializes in home office and small business networking and system administration, including management, NTFS permissions, maintenance, recovery, and best practices for the individual sysadmin.
