Patches and notes about Netware 3.12.
This was released after v4.0 and seems to be mostly a minor update to v3.11 and includes all released patches up to that point along with updated drivers and a small selection of new features including:

These are the minimum patches Novell recommends applying as a baseline (as of 1 March 2000). Its probably best to apply them in order starting with the oldest. The NetWare 3.2 Enhancement Pack is the easiest way to install all of this if you can buy a copy from somewhere.
